Recruitment :
You can choose to hire a young driver through the recruitments.
When recruiting, you must specify a name and a surname for the driver.
He will keep it all along his career.
You can also pick a level of recruitment.
This level is limited by your training centre level.
If you have training centre level 4, the highest driver level you can recruit is level 4.
On top of it, the price of the driver increases with its level.
Once the driver is recruited, he appears in your office and you can give him the caracteristics points corresponding to his level.
Transfer market :
This is the place where drivers sold by other players are. You have a few filtering and sorting tools.
To bid or get details on the driver's list of achievements, click on his helmet.
On this page, you will also have all the other details regarding this driver and the possibility to place a bid.
If you bid on a driver, the money is immediately taken from your account. If another player places a higher bid, you instantly get your money back. But if you win the auction, your money is given to the seller and the driver is yours.
You must have enough money to place a bid.
Each bid level is 5% of the current price. You must then add at least 5% to place a bid on a driver. A minimum of 100CR is in place for drivers under 2000CR.
Selling by auction :
Selling a driver is only feasable by auction.
When you sell a driver, you establish a starting price and wait until the auction ends.
The auction lasts 3 days. During these three days, other interested players are bidding. At the end, the highest bidder, gets the driver and the money is transfered to your account.
Attention ! It is impossible to cancel an auction !
You cannot, in any case, bid in one of your auctions. Once the driver on sale, if a potential buyer bids, the driver is already sold.
On top of it, if a bid happens in the 3 last minutes, the end of the auction is postponed by 3 minutes.
An auction always ends at round time, which means that an aution ending at 9:03PM is in fact ending at 9:03:00PM.
Of course, it is possible to sell or buy a car to a player from the German or French league.
